BUSINESS TRADING APPLICATION

This is an application for a business trading arrangement for wholesale pricing to be provided by PSI Cycling to you in conjunction with supply of products by PSI Cycling as PSI Cycling may from time to time approve, subject to the terms and conditions which regulate such supply.

IMPORTANT: This form is an application for trading only.  It does not guarantee an account will be granted.  The decision to grant an account for trade remains at the sole discretion of PSI Cycling Pty Ltd.  In the event an account for trade is granted, this account will be on Pre-Paid terms. Credit may be granted at the sole discretion of PSI Cycling Pty Ltd, and only in circumstances where at least 6 months of consistent trading history on pre-paid terms has been established or unless otherwise approved.
